Responsible for Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, Elecrical & Mechanical installation and operation of construction site plants, Including Batching Mixing Plants,Automatic Sand blasting Plants,Steam Boilers, EVG (Steel Banding Machines),Ice and Chiller Plants for Concrete Chilling.
Design,Implement,maintain and improve Electrical/Mechanical Instruments & Equipments.
Repair control systems using PLCs, switches, sensors, mechanics, pneumatics,hydraulics fabrications, modifications, and other control systems/processes.
Develop and maintain electrical controls documentation and software including PLC.
Provide technical support in all electrical and mechanical process control system and reported results to the Head of department.
Collaboration on servicing machinery,Requisitions of Spare parts,Invoicing and Documentation.

Responsible,familiarise and follow all safety rules and procedures for Plants and Equipments.
Installation,troubleshooting of Computer Hardware/Software & Internet servers Configuration

Preventative maintenance,electrical installation and operation of construction site plants, Including batching mixing plant,conveyor belt system,Ice and Rcc Cooling plants for Concrete chilling.
Assemble, installation, calibration and maintain electrical or electronic wiring equipments, appliances, apparatus and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
Diagnose malfunctioning system,apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of breakdown and correct the problem.
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring and equipment using testing devices.
Plan layout,installation of electrical wiring and equipment based on job specification.
Control of flow rate,temperature and pressures at prescribed operating levels.
Responsible of plant machines and equipments, fault tracing and resolving.
Troubleshooting of daily routine problem in plant,included preventive maintenance,predictive maintenance and shutdown maintenance.
Reports Work accomplish orally or on written work order to Supervisor/Management.
Responsible daily and weekly cleaning of store room and equipment is carried out and keep record as required.
Responsible,familiarise and follow all safety rules and procedures for plant and equipment
Responsible all allocated machinery is kept in safe working order.
Coordinating on servicing machinery,Requisitions of Spare parts,Invoicing and Documentation.
Responsible for Local administration & IT infrastructures based on Windows Server 2008 R2.
Knowledge & Experience in Routers, Switches, TCP/IP, Firewalls & VPNS.
Installation and troubleshooting of Computer Hardware & internet servers Configuration.
